Sakai Takayuki 18 cm./7.25” Inox stainless steel deba made in Japan. Has a Japanese Yew handle with a water buffalo horn bolster. Deba knives are thicker, heavier knives used for cutting meat, fish and poultry. Should not be use on frozen foods. Note: color of bolster may vary.
