Refund policy

If you wish to make a claim, a return or exchange you must let us know within 7 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in the condition received with all packaging within 14 days after our approval for the return.  Returns must be carefully packed and insured for the price of the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Only unused knives and items are accepted for return or exchange. We may charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
